East Campus

The East Campus is set in well maintained, park like grounds at the entrance to Ballarat.

This modern campus provides quality education for all students, with many high quality specialist facilities. A new purpose-built library provides flexible learning to all staff and students, as well as information and communication technology.

At Years 9 to 12 we have a comprehensive netbook program which provides ALL students with a netbook computer for the entire year. Students can take this home and keep it with them over the school holidays to ensure that they can access ICT at home and keep all their learning in the one place. Unlike other schools which require families to pay for access to ICT these netbooks are provided free of charge and are simply handed back at the end of the year to be serviced.

The East Campus is also home to some of best sporting facilities in the local vicinity. The Recreation Centre caters for racquetball, squash, basketball, netball, futsal, volleyball and badminton. Outside facilities include tennis courts, a hockey pitch and a football oval.

Some of the innovative programs offered from the East Campus include the Ballarat Secondary College Wannik Dance Academy and the award winning Pathways to the Adult World (PAW) Program run in conjunction with the University of Ballarat, for which we received a $50,000 NAB Community Grant in 2011.
